    Today at noon!

    A virtual benefit concert performed by New Orleans' own Jep Epstein

    It's GiveNOLA Day and MASNOtes Tuesday! Tune in at noon to hear composer and performer Jep Epstein give an encore performance of Our Home Louisiana and other original songs. You can listen here to the premier at noon or at any time thereafter.

    MASNO is grateful for the opportunity to participate again this year in GiveNOLA Day! GiveNOLA Day is a 24-hour event hosted by the Greater New Orleans Foundation to inspire people to give generously to nonprofits making our region stronger, creating a thriving community for all.     It is with much disappointment that we announce the postponement of the 28th New Orleans International Piano Competition (previously set for July 19-26, 2020) to July of 2021. The specific dates will be announced soon. This was a difficult, but necessary decision due to COVID19 pandemic developments in New Orleans and continual global spread. We hope that all current and prospective applicants will apply next year when applications re-open January 1, 2021.

    On behalf of the Musical Arts Society of New Orleans and the New Orleans International Piano Competition, we wish you and your families the very best of health, success, and happiness in these trying times.

    NOIPC APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENSION + Concerning COVID-19 (Coronavirus):
    The 28th New Orleans International Piano Competition to take place July 19-26, 2020, is still proceeding as planned with applications currently open. We have decided to extend the application deadline to WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, but there are no plans to make any additional changes or cancellations at this time. We are monitoring the situation closely, and if any changes are required, we will communicate those to you immediately. Please visit the official NOIPC page on this site for more information on the New Orleans Int'l Piano Competition.

    The 28th New Orleans International Piano Competition to take place July 19-26, 2020, is still proceeding as planned with applications currently open. We have decided to extend the application deadline to Friday, March 20, but there are no plans to make any additional changes or cancellations at this time. We are monitoring the situation closely, and if any changes are required, we will communicate those to you immediately.     Applications to the 2020 New Orleans Piano Institute are now live. This summer's NOPI runs concurrently with the 28th New Orleans International Piano Competition, July 18-26. One of the top programs of its kind in the Gulf South area, NOPI 2020 promises to be another amazing week! Check it out here!
